STMicroelectronics. It is a low voltage memory device, operating at
1.8V and 2.5V, and is organized as 8Kb × 8 or 64Kb × 8. This Memory
Chip is an advanced Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) device, and
has an 8-bit wide data bus, an 8-bit address bus, and a 6-bit
control bus. It is a non-volatile memory, which means the data
stored in it will remain even when the power is turned off.
