The device features an 8-bit PSoC® MCU with 24KB Flash, 1KB SRAM, an integrated CRO and other peripherals. It offers up to 16 MIPS/48 MHz performance, up to 32 GPIOs, up to 10 capacitive sensing channels, up to 8 analog blocks, up to 3 UARTs, up to 2 I2C, one SPI, one USB 2.0 FS and up to 3 Timers.

The device is available in various packages including a 24-pin VQFN, a 28-pin SSOP and a 28-pin TSSOP. It is fully compatible with the PSoC® Creator™ integrated design environment and other development tools. It supports Cypress' PSoC® Design Methodology and also supports the mbed ecosystem for rapid prototyping.
